Tanell Curry appeals from the district courts judgment convicting him of possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. Â§ 841(a)(1), and use of a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime, 18 U.S.C. Â§ 924(c)(1). For reversal, Curry argues that (1) evidence seized pursuant to two search warrants should have been suppressed because of defects in the warrants, and (2) the evidence was insufficient to establish his use of a firearm under Â§ 924(c)(1). We affirm.
